Appointments

  • All initial consultations will be carried out by telephone
  • The vet will assess if there is a need to attend the practice for medical care
  • The door will be locked and no admission will be allowed unless pre-arranged by the vet

Prescriptions / Medication

  • Medication will now be posted where possible
  • Repeat prescriptions, please call the practice a minimum of 2 days prior to allow for postal delivery
  • Payment will be required over the phone
  • Please call the team to discuss any concerns you may have regarding your pets medication

Limiting Contact

  • No home visits
  • When you arrive for your pre-arranged consultation please call reception to confirm your details and request access
  • Handover will be carried out in the waiting area at a safe distance
  • The vets will examine your pet in the separate consult room while you wait in the waiting area or outside if preferred

Stricter policies for the saftey of clients and staff

In line with advice from the government and our professional bodies we have introduced further restrictions.

We are moving to telephone consultations.

We will be contacting all clients who have existing appointments booked to confirm if they are to still attend or offer a telephone consult if appropriate.

Please do not attend your appointment until you have been contacted.

We will no longer be taking bookings for:

  • Flea, Tick and Worming
  • Weight Clinics
  • Nail Clippings
  • Routine operations (phone for further clarification by staff)
