Appointments
- Initial consultations by telephone where possible
- Practice appointments decided by staff
- No admission unless pre-arranged appointment
- Clients required to wear facemask to enter consultation with pet
Prescriptions / Medication
- Medications (incl Flea & Worming Products)
- Sent by post where possible
- Repeat prescriptions, please call the practice a minimum of 2 days prior
Treatments
- Emergencies
- Spaying and neutering
- Vaccinations
- Dentals
Limiting Contact
- No home visits
- Pre-arranged appointments only
- Maximum of 2 in the waiting area
- Medication handover at front door
- Social distancing
10/08/2021 Update to practice policies
In line with advice from the government and the BVA we are now moving towards offering a more normal service. Though essential requirements are still in place to ensure the safety of staff and clients.
- Door is now unlocked
- Strictly 1 person per pet
- Facemasks are mandatory
